It's a qualified tuition program to help people like you save for the costs of college. In addition, the MOST 529 Advisor Plan offers other important benefits, including considerable tax advantages and the ability to add to your savings with the Upromise®* rewards service.

As a Missouri sponsored plan, the MOST 529 Advisor Plan enables Missouri residents to deduct up to $8,000 of their annual MOST 529 Advisor Plan contributions from their state taxable income per taxpayer each year—or as much as $16,000 for married couples filing jointly.**

** To be eligible, a taxpayer must have an adjusted gross income equal to or greater than the deduction. Contributions to the Plan in a tax year are deductible from Missouri state income tax, but may be subject to recapture in subsequent years if you make nonqualified withdrawals. To qualify for joint tax deduction, both spouses must open separate 529 accounts.

The Missouri Higher Education Savings Program (the "Program Trust") is a trust created by the state of Missouri.
